BH 77 Issue

Was using my 2022 Backhoe last week and noticed excessive movement in the bucket cylinder pin connection to the link that connects to the bucket. On disassembly I found that they forgot to install bushings when manufactured. Wish I had noticed this earlier but fortunately I have not used it much until this year. So much for quality control. Purchased proper bushings from dealer for total of $26 so was not too bad.

I had a defective dipper stick replaced by a dealer, he installed no bushings. When called the tech came to my house and installed them. He wanted to hammer them in and then use a die grinder to grind off the bulges from the hammer but I showed him something he never considered. I used a large bolt with plates on each side to draw them in without damage.
