Hi - recently bought an L275DT with 4WD not working but had a decent shape BF400 loader. Would like to take the loader off and work on repairing the tractor but the loader is missing the connector masts. Does anyone have pictures of the masts so I can make them?

Ah, OK... guess my BX23s has something like that.....
Maybe look online for 'BF400' loader parts, say Messicks ??

for my old tractor I just used 4by4s as 'supports', old tractor (50s) so 'old skool'.

found this...https://www.messicks.com/catalogs/kubota/bf400/boom-frame/i00200-boom
looks like 'brace' ( #12 ?) is what you need ? though maybe other parts as well
you could build/buy a 'gantry crane' to remove the loader. BTDT before as well...

OK, finally found 'waldo #28'... looks EASY to make, maybe 2" longer than the holes for storing it ?

I can see why they're not on it.... might have been bent and tossed into garage to be 'fixed at a later date', then lost......

hopefully someone HAS them on their loader.....

You really need both #28 and #11
To make #28 measure the length on your loader where pins (yellow) attach the bars to the loader.
Then Measure that pins length under the hole for clip #29, this divided by 2 will give you the thickness of the bars.
Then go to the loader bucket and measure the pocket height that will give you the bar width.

#11 are square bars they fit into the square holes in the towers (orange).
The length of the short side will be enough that the front tires will clear the bars when when the are inserted in the towers.
The length of the long side will be long enough for the bottom of the towers to clear the pockets.

Ok the Mast connection bars are 2inch wide 1/2 inch thick and 43 5/8 inch long with a tab welded on the end and 3/4 inch holes slightly off center. Also a drawing that is NTS and pretty rough.
I have attached a picture and also a picture of where they are stored.
And a couple pictures out of the operators manual. This shows how to use them and where to install the L-bolt.
Let me know if this is enough info or you need more.
Ii also still have stands if you need that info also, for some reason they have a bend that is not from the factory.

Excellent, exactly what I was looking for. Thank you for taking the time to detail out.

Like Wolfman says they are on the loader arm.
Mine ore on the left side. Opposite side of the controls and hoses.
If you want I can get some measurement's on them also.

I’d appreciate that - I don’t see those anywhere on the loader. Just some pictures and basic measurements would be good and a picture of where they are stowed so I understand those constraints as well in building these.

I sure appreciate the help in trying to get this thing back in order!

The stand is 5/8 inch square stock 32 1/4 long and 11 1/2 reach in with a 1/4 for the hsir pin retainer clip.
The gusset is 1 1/2 x 7 x1/4.
I did not measure or include the bent pin that is hangs on on the loader frame.
As you can tell mine are bent, I have not removed from there location until now. I had bought this in 1996, so was bent prior to that.
See attached.

I finally made the pieces and detached the loader. Just need to prime and paint orange. Here’s some photos. Appreciate the help! If anyone needs these made let me know!
