My local dealer said that with the short supply of used tractors and the current condition as it is equipped I should start at around $10K+ and take no less than $8.5K. I am just trying to confirm what they told me seems right.
If a local dealer is telling you to start at 10K, I would do that, they will know the local market better than any of us! ;)

Well, having had a 1970 something B7100, it was bulletproof. I wish I still had it. That being said, I'm going through sticker shock about new tractor prices. Last year, I foolishly thought that I would just go get a Grand L 60 with Cab, FEL and front snow blower. ONE HUNDRED GRAND!

I won't do it.

So, keep that B7100 and get what you need to do the daily tasks. Use your B7100 for small backhoe work. You can't buy just the backhoe attachment for a new tractor for what your B7100 backhoe tractor loader is worth.

I hear what you are saying. I wish it were that easy. My needs are different now and can not use the attachments I need on the B7100-D. I now need to use a Grapple, Box Blade & Rotary Mower, in addition to the Loader & Backhoe. That’s why I want to upgrade. I’m not getting any younger. I figure if I don’t do it now it may never happen. LOL…

I was at the Kubota dealer today for some parts. Another sad story. For the B2601 they can get the Tractors, Loaders, & Backhoe units but, they have no Backhoe Sub Frames. Kubota USA has none either. So, basically they can not sell anyone a B2601 TLB tractors. There is no potential date when they could be available. It could be months.

Hello OTT, I have not posted in several years. Life gets in the way. Sorry.

I am trying to get an idea on the value of my B7100-D, Loader & Backhoe. I'm not sure where to turn for the info. After many years of great service with my B7100-D I would like to upgrade to an HST model. Maybe a BX version with Loader and Backhoe. The key is to have a removable Backhoe so I can also use a Land Pride Rotary Cutter on occasion. Any help on how to get a value so I can sell it would be appreciated. The tractor is fully operational, and has cleared snow just a week ago.

I'm not sure if I should post any photos or additional info on the unit here, so I will wait for direction on where I should be looking or posting this info.
The B7100 was built in 1980, Chassis Serial # 7001-70XXX. I have owned it since 1984.

Sincerely, Dan
A good place to start valuation inquiries is tractorhouse.com.

Be advised that such prices are asking prices and are 'known" in the industry to be "high."

My cousin recently sold an ABI TLB for $7500.00 2 wheel drive hydro 25hp kohler v twin the hoe end of it was made by Bradco. Very heavy duty machine for its size. It was very rough, but worked. I had it most last sumer and passed when he offered it to me before he sold it off. It was on Facebook 2 days before it sold. He got asking price. The junk seat, leaking cylinders, bald tires, and bad paint never phased the guy that bought it. Said comparable machines were going for close to $15k. I think if I had tour tractor I'd be asking closer to the $12 or 13k mark to start.

Here's a picture of it. Sorry nothing for size reference. It's a little smaller then my dad's L245dt but a little bigger then my b7510.

Wow, Good to know. Thank you. Now that the snow plowing seems to be over, I have been doing all the annual service, lube, filters, what ever it needed etc. Trying to prepare it for a season of use or for the right price a sale.

I also had all the Isinglass replaced in all the enclosure curtains this week. Good as new now. I found the outer jacket cracked on one of the hoses for the loader control valve, so I replaced all four hoses. If I keep it or sell it will be a very good working unit, ready to go.

I'm not even going to talk about all the spare parts I have sitting on the shelf, just in case. LOL !!!
