Hello,

I have a late 90's L35 with backhoe and 3 point attachment. My lower 'stabilizer' got bent up pretty bad. It's the turnbuckle with the allthread type rod on each end, one end goes to the big solid bar, the other to a bracket by the axle.

I called my local dealer, and a new one is 145.00 dollars. I was hoping to get one cheaper than that, but can't locate one. My Tractor Supply has nothing like that and I can't seem to find one on the internet.

Does anyone have a source of these that may be more economical?

Thank you,

Eric

This is one of the times the owner has to bite the bullet. You will not find an aftermarket replacment that you will be pleased with. If you can't find a junker for salvage parts (and you won't; I've tried) you're going to have to buy new from the dealer.

Take heart that if you ever resell the machine having the complete 3-point will add immensely to the value.

The Kubota OEM 3-point parts for virtually all their machines incorporate shapes and bends that just aren't otherwise on the market as 'fits all' replacement parts.

You can try heating and straightening but I don't think you'll like the result for the effort expended and you'll always have a weak spot that will tend to bend again.

Please advise if you find a parts machine somewhere as I'd sure like to know about it.

Please post back your continuing experiences so we may all learn.
