Ok - I give up, what parts you looking for and for what tractor.
"Cheap parts" is an oxymoron ..... much like an honest politician!
A very different market.Just wondering where people may be getting the best deal on kubota parts.
example: wheel stud $15 at messicks but similar product for 1.99 at summit.
or even parts that kubota has branded where you want the kubota part and not a similar product. i know car parts are usually made by third parties, you can find sometimes 3 or 4 manufacturers of the same part on different tiers like oem etc. sometimes i'll buy a car part and the manufacturer will shave off the car brand and stamp it with their own mark.
Well where are you getting the best deal on kubota parts generally?A very different market.
Cars are made and sold, by the millions....lots of different parts players.
Tractors are made, and sold, by the hundreds,..... sometimes, very low thousands.
Small secondary parts market is not large enough (profitable ) for after market suppliers.
If an insignificant/non functional part, I will look on E-Bay.Well where are you getting the best deal on kubota parts generally?
Support your local dealer. Thank them for stocking parts for decades old machines.
Sell your K and buy a Mahindra if you want to be cheap. Good luck getting spare parts.
And talk about a new tractor every time you go in there.Thank you for reminding me. I've bought a couple of husq and stihl saws from them this last year and it's not a bad idea to keep sticking my head in there if I plan to buy new at some point.
To save money on shipping of small parts from Messick's, request that they ship USPS.I broke the outside handles on my M’s cab and put up with it for about a day before biting the bullet and ordering it from Messicks. Wicked expensive shipping for a2 pound package but I got it in 2 days. About the same price as my local dealer without the hour and a half round trip drive.
