If all you're planting is sunflowers, you can throw and mow or just broadcast and drive over them. They are the easiest seed to grow. I wouldn't buy a plow just for sunflowers. I would buy a rototiller and cultipacker if I was serious into gardening or food plotting.

I don't have enough time for either so I buy my food at the store and have 2 less implements turning to rust.
