Belly Mower L2900

Bought this unit last year,just put the deck on for the first time.
L2900,RC 72-29A mower.When deck is raised up,rear tires rub hard on the deck,can only raise it a little past half.Have 12.4-24 Ag tires on it.Anyone else ever run into this?

On the later Grand L series 40 series to be exact, Per Kubotas specs all mower decks require turf tires only!

I would have to ask some of the guys selling stuff back in the day, but this make sense.

Can you set your stop on three point lever to stop the deck from clashing the tires?

Yes,that's what I'm doing now.With the loader subframe it doesn't give you very much ground clearance when raised up.Kind of figured it was something like that with a smaller tire.L-2900 specs say 11.2-24.Wouldn't cut my lawn with this thing,it just came with the package deal.Really just installed it out of curiosity to see how it cuts.
