I purchased a M9960 4wd 2,000 hours in absolutely beautiful shape started it but didn’t drive it
The front steers stiff when turning hydraulic fluid full it’s not in 4wd is this common or something I need to address

Do you have any clues from previous owner? Did you purchase from an auction< no history? First thing check fluid and belt, then get work shop manual and follow it's problem solving directions.
