Backhoe Quick Attachment

The M62, M59, L48 (mine), L47, L45(?).....all use the same "quick connect" coupler.
The K7870 coupler is on my L48 and I have two excavator buckets for it.
K7875 (24"), and K7873 (16").
My new 28" root ripper (Ex quick connect also) has been shipped, and is expected to arrive Friday.

Those weld on ears from Walmart are correct for use with the Kubota excavator buckets.
The same ears are also available all over E-bay.
You can choose to buy just the ears, or the ears already welded to a mounting plate.
Looks like the Walmart ears are already welded to the mounting plate, which IMHO is a good thing.

I do have one final question. One of the online third party sellers emailed me last night and said this:

"Our coupler that is referenced is a match for the K7870.
However, the M62 takes a K7543 coupler
The pin diameters are different from a KX121 and a M62"

You should really call the Messick's parts hotline.
They will tell you which coupler is the correct one for your machine.The K7870 is correct for my machine, but the coupler for your M62 could be a bit different, as to how it actually fits to the M62.
Messick's is very helpful.
Just ask them for the M62 backhoe coupler part number.

Messick's is the best for Kubota stuff,..... no matter where you live.
If you order parts from them, and the parts are under 70 lbs, you will save some shipping expense if you request USPS.
Messick's will always ship via UPS if you do not specify otherwise.
Example: you need a spring, or a specific pin, etc..
The UPS fee might be $15, while the USPS cost might be $7.
