Back hoe bucket hydraulic line fitting to cylinder now touching frame when fully extended.
Has anyone dealt with that?

Something moved. The question is whether the 90 degree fitting was rotated to the left by some kind of impact/pulling on the hose/fitting assembly, or whether the entire cylinder is rotating because of a sloppy pin/bushing interface, or a bent mounting plate/arm up at the base end.

I would figure out which it is before doing anything, but i suspect i would tweak that 90 clockwise a little more in BOTH situations.

Thanks, the constant touching to the frame loosened the connection and caused some leaking. I will try rotating clockwise and see if it clears again.

Is that a new(er) bucket on the backhoe attachment? Is it possible that the bucket has something to do with the contact? Perhaps a new or different bucket allows some kind of increased pivot or extension causing the contact. It almost looks like the cylinder itself may have rotated somewhat which may have produced the contact, either by pin wear or some other deformation in the connections.

Can you rotate the cylinder so the fitting is pointing up on the other side?
