Good morning all, i recently purchased my first Kubota a B9200HSD. I borrowed my friends trailer to get it home but am wondering if my trailer (aluminum with tandem 2200 lb axles) will work to haul it around in the future. The specs for the tractor list the shipping weight at 1,676 lbs. I would assume shipping weight does not account for fluids, the loader, & calcium in the rear tires. Any guesstimates what the total weight is? Also any leads on a power steering kit for this?

I was told my loaded rear tires on my L3901 add somewhere between 600-700lbs, I have to believe that your smaller B9200 loaded tires and fluids must be below 500lbs giving you a maximum weight of 2,150 - 2,200 lbs.

Check your trailer for it's capacity, I assume it is braked as it has tandem axles.

Good luck with your tractor. Tow safely.

Thanks, i am guessing the loader adds no more than another 5-600 lbs, so i should be good. And nothing wrong with the steering it would just be nice if it were power, looks like the price to go new is out of by budget for now but thanks for the link.

I pick a B9200 up a year ago and got from the following from the manuals:

Tractor: 1720 lbs
Rear tires: 175 lbs each (12.4-16 Ag, turf might be different)
Loader: 683 lbs
Bucket: 163 lbs

Total: 2916 lbs
