B8200 low transmission level/crank case oil way over full

Hi Guys. So A buddy bought a super nice B 8200 hydro, 2 wheel tractor for dirt cheap. Checks transmission oil and not on stick. Then engine oil way over full. Seems to me same scenario was on my 3450 when the Hydraulic pump seal was out letting hydraulic fluid fill up my crankcase. But looking at the exploded view on messicks the systems are'nt even similar. Is it possible it's pushing hydraulic oil to the crankcase or does he just need to top off the transmission fluid and change engine oil, I've seen people way overfill their cranckase before. Thanks.

The first thing to do is correct the levels and see if they stay that way.

Absolutely.

Otherwise, you have no clue what you’re may (or may not) be chasing.

Do all fluid and filter changes as anyone would do.

Best for a baseline with a machine new to another owner.

Then evaluate where levels are at and possibly why they’re not where they’re supposed to be.
