The left brake pedal on my tractor drops down when I push in the clutch. Is this normal? Is there any particular reason why this would happen? I've also noticed that when I push the left brake pedal, whether the clutch is in or out, I don't have brakes on the left tire. It's like I wasn't even pushing it...... Is this a sign that the brakes are completely gone or there a lever or setting somewhere that I am missing?

Thanks,
Mike

Both brakes and the clutch are supported by the same shaft, it sounds like it needs greased. There should be some grease zerks on the back side of each pedal housing that the shaft goes through. After you get them freed up, check and adjust your brakes.
