B7800HSD - Instrument/Cowl Removal?

Other than the large Phillips Screw, top/center, and the Throttle Lever, I cannot find anything that keeps the Instrument Cluster/Cowl in place. I also cannot figure how to remove the Throttle Lever. It appears to be a hex screw, but I cannot seem to get it to release.

Any suggestions would be appreciated as I cannot find any service information online.

There should be a small rollpin at the bottom of the lever, hit that out of there, and the rest of the lever should pull off
