I have a hydraulic leak off of the mid pto on my 7610. It is below the filter off of the side of the pto that looks like another filter but seems to be on piece that cannot be detached. I am not a tractor guy, and all of the service shops have closed around me. Can anyone point me in the right direction? Thanks. Im posting a couple pics if that helps.

Here is the parts catalog link:
I don't have the workshop manual, can't tell if that is a freeze plug or plug with a seal.
That fluid sure looks strange. How does the hydraulic fluid level look? Looks like water in the oil.
Looks like a pressed in rubber seal from this photo.
On mine the seal face is recessed about 1/16". you could try driving it back in with a round flat tool the size of the plug ~Back of a socket.

Yes, there was water in the oil. Hydraulic level is empty now. Lol. Just not sure how to correct the leak issue

You should try to discover where/how water got in there, and you should drain/change out the oil and filter. You may have to do it more than once to get rid of that water, which can/will damage your machine.
