B7510 rt brake stuck

So both brakes were stuck last fall. I took off rods and worked levers back and forth and used some PB. Fixed the problem and all was good. Just brought it inside (pia) to do winter service on it and rt brake is locked again. Worked lever back and forth again but it’s still very stiff, can’t move it by hand. Thoughts?? Hoping I don’t have to take the casing off.

No magic fix that I know of.
Pulling them, cleaning the shaft and bore hole and replacing the O-ring is about the only real fix.

Any clue if pulling housing is a big deal, never been inside one yet? Have a service manual on the way. Just wondering if when I pull it a thousand springs will go flying in every direction.

It's pretty straight forwards in there nothing will fly out.
Support the tractor very well.
