It looks like the fuel line from the tank to the fuel filter is dripping. I removed it from the fuel filter side and it's probably the original, hard and not rubbery. How do I access it at the tank side, I don't see where it goes?

Look at the illustrated parts list for your tractor HERE. That will give you some idea where it attaches to the tank. Then look at what is above it and start removing stuff until you can get to it.
I would guess you will need to remove the dash cowling from looking at this. That may give you access.
