Does anyone know where I can find info regarding the seal at the gear shifter. The boot is damaged but I would assume there must be a seal that is also not sealed.
It’s gear driven not hydrostatic.
I have a repair manual but it only covers the hydrostatic transmission.

I have never removed it but if its a slip fit and not screwed on its probably glued itself to the lever. Wrap something around the knob to protect the plastic and use vice grips to twist it free.
