I am still investigating a rattle in my B7200 and can not identify it.
The clutch area was highly suspect and I split the tractor last winter, (see link below) everything was perfect, put all together again and still have a rattle. I now suspect something in the PTO shaft. Noise/rattle is not apparent when I use mower on the PTO.

Does anyone know if the PTO shaft can be removed without taking the entire transmission out?

B7200 Rattle from clutch/flywheel area?
I have a "jingle/rattle " noise coming from clutch area of my B7200HST. It has got worse recently. I checked for loose bonnet etc. but can not find cause. Lifted cover of HST area and observed drive shafts. Rattle occurs with engine running and clutch depressed ie no shafts rotating HST...
