B7200 Battery Size

I have a b7200hst . What is the factory battery cca and what group size would fit the battery tray and start the tractor well when cold. I'm needing a new battery , but before i laid down $140, i would like to know if any options, that could fit and would be cheaper that ordering a factory battery.

Measure the L x W x H and go to Costco, Walmart, or Sam's Club and get one that size. (Take along your tape measure.) It will start the tractor with no problem. It will cost about half as much or less.

Plus, the warranties are very good in case you somehow shake it apart. It most likely won't happen but it is nice to know the battery can be exchanged with no questions asked. 100% for 3 years if I remember correctly and a decent percentage after that. All batteries are made tough nowadays. Well, except those little garden tractor ones.

Just check to make sure the + and - terminals are on the correct place on the battery - some are reversed.

Forget group size. Just find one that fits. Measure the old one, measure the replacement - done.

I also have a B7200HSTD and had to replace it recently. My battery is on the left side of the seat and measures 10"x5". you also have to ensure the positive post is on the correct end. These batteries come both left and right. Case Internation carries these but I got mine from a car parts store for $97 CND.
