Working on a b7200d Kubota and exhaust pipe manifold bolt was broke off flush with the head. So got a drill bit and drilled a little bit , about a half inch and stuck an easy out in there and started backing out the broken stud bolt and I start getting antifreeze? Weird I’ve done this before on different engines and I’ve never had this issue? Anybody got any advice on this?

It's normal, all the engines in that series have the exhaust bolts threaded into the water jacket, just put some pipe dope / thread sealer on the stud / bolt when you reinstall. ;)
