Only a dealer will be able to tell you if they want to look into it, most dealers won't.
It's between 1991 and 1995.

As Wolfman says, it's one of the "New" series from the mid-90's; serial starts B7100HDxxxxxx not B7001xxxxx. Yours is one of the highest serial numbers I've heard of -- it may be one of the last B7100 made.

Mine is a 94, purchased new in Jan 95. My serial is 7100HD71xxx. The serial number and dates conform to the data for 94 at Tractor Data B7100 HSD page. Tractor data does not show anything beyond 95 and conventional wisdom such as you've found suggests 95 was the last year of manufacture.

The math gets interesting. If we assume the Tractor Data info to be accurate, and if we assume Kubota didn't skip serial numbers along the way, then there were 1,350 made in 1991, 2829 in '92, and 3297 in '93.

In order for yours to have been made in 1994, Kubota would have to have made over 4800 in that year. True, there were increasing numbers made each previous year, so it is possible, but it seems unlikely for a model that was cancelled the next year.

So if I had to place a wager, I'd put my money on 1995.

For reference mine has a SN of 79xxx with a purchase date of 6-10-97
I am the second owner and have what I assume is the original owners manual. I am getting the date of purchase on Page 1 filled out in ink in the area that has tractor serial number, engine serial no and Date of purchase (to be filled out by purchaser). Of course I have not verified this information other than my SN. , just a FYI.

Those early version serial numbers start B7001, his starts B7100. Look at the note under "Production" on the page you referenced:
The Kubota B7100 was not available in the late 1980s, after that only the hydrostatic was available. Early model B7100 serial numbers began with "B7001", which is the Asian-market model designation.
For the later models, see this page instead: http://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/011/1/1/11119-kubota-b7100hsd.html
