Hi

I just bought and early 80's model B7100 with hydro tranny. Its not a grey market tractor. On the rocker pedal for the forward and rear pedal is a nut and bolt approx. 2 inches forward of the rear pedal. The nut and bolt hold a metal linkage about 10 inches long which goes below the foot rest and stops right at the frame. On the end of this linkage are two small 1/8 inch pins with grooves on the bottom for those "c" clamp clips that need special pliers to put on and off (cant recall their correct name). On the frame about 12'" inches to the rear is a small piece of metal welded perpindicular to the frame with two small holes about 3/16th of an inch and they are about 1 inch apart. Right now there is nothing attached to the piece of linkage, it just sits there not connected. I believe that there should be some type of spring connecting the linkage rod to that piece of metal. Like a return spring or somethin.

The Kubota dealer couldn't find the linkage or any picture of it in his computer. He thought it might be a grey market. The parts do not look like they were manufactured by a homeowner and the paint on the linkage is blue and the paint on the piece of metal is orange and they match the original paint in condition etc.

The reason I started looking at that piece of linkage is because the tractor sometime will move if im sitting and i rev the engine, like its not quite in neutral. I figured maybe I was missing a return spring which wasn't moving the hydro back into neutral. When I drive it, sometimes the pedals don't return back to neutral like they should. I have to hit the other pedal to get it to neutral. I will attach pictures, hopefully they work or someone could email me direct and I can send them.

Thanks
Cory
