B7100D injector block o-rings?

Thanks all,for the help so far on this B7100D restoration. After finally bleeding the fuel lines lines all three connections at the injector block leak at the base. Please review attached images and let me know if there is supposed to be an o-ring anywhere. I can only recall seeing a copper crush washer when I disassembled the fuel lines at the injection block.
