Any body know what size rear blade is recommended for the B7100, to be used mainly for grading lane & driveway? I have a chance to buy a 4' & the guy is asking $200. Haven't seen it yet. I realize a 4' might not clear the rear tires when angled, not a big deal for me. More concerned with how much the 16hp tractor can handle when grading/levelling.

My B7100 handled a 5ft blade just fine until I hung it on a large root. At that time I destroyed the blade. I bent it rather harshly. I guess the new clutch worked well, Hmmm?

Food for thought, Kytim

Turns out the blade was fixed, did not angle. Back to using my original front blade & building my own, unless another deal pops up in the next couple of weeks.

Hi Eric, Kinda hate to spend "a few hundred bucks" on a new blade for a $700 tractor (joke) - sounding cheap? I have the other blade (rugged, heavy), some stock on hand & can build it for less than $100. To my knowledge we don't have Agri-supply or TSC in Canada. Any other sources I've found want app. $500 incl. taxes.

Thanks Dion, none of those in Atlantic Canada & they want $450 for a 5' blade plus taxes & shipping. Back to Plan A.
