B7100 on Auction site Question

Hi guys,this B7100 which is not too far away from me has just come up for auction and I interested in your thoughts on whether it has been refurbed..As far as I am aware the last manual shift models were made in the mid 1980's ..take a look at the hubs,when did this type first appear?

My B 7100 had rear hubs like that on it and it was a mid 70's model. Those hubs are new but I had the same style on mine from the factory. If I remember right I only had 4 lug front wheels though.

That is probably a 16 hp and not 18 also if Im not wrong the front lugs started in the newer b7100 in 1990 prior models had 4 lugs mine is a 1984 with 4 front lugs like bulldog said. This link may help http://www.tractordata.com/farm-tractors/001/2/7/1271-kubota-b7100.html handy
