Anyone know of a good grapple kit without spending $2000 for third function hydraulic kit and a grapple?

If you can do some fab work to reinforce the bucket, the "thumb" style might work, or one of the "add a grapple" styles that bolt onto the sides. Hydraulics will still cost $400-$500 though at a minimum.
