B6100 w 219 loader - Hyd oil level

I have this tractor with loader.
The hyd oil reservoir is in the rt side upright loader post.
Where should the level in this reservoir be when the loader is down on the ground?
Near the top? Several inches down?

Follow the manual page that was posted (4" below). l have run mine at a higher level...it makes a mess all over when it comes out the breather.
