I'm wondering if my hydraulic pump is getting weak. I have to rev it up to raise the 3 point with a200lb ballast box on the back and I noticed that it I kept the revs up the 3pt would stay up but start dropping as soon as the engine slowed down. It does this with the rototiller as well. Are these pumps rebuildable. I do have a loader on it and made a block to go in the hyd line to connect the loader control valve. Loader seems to work fine but slow at idle. I keep the 3pt chained up as the ballast box is on the 3pt 99% of the time Thank you for your time

You may need to push the three point hitch control handle down to the lowest position. If it is too high the three point hitch could be going into bypass.

The control on the B6100 is not the same as the L's, they center when you release them, they do not stay engaged and go into bypass.

It's not a pump issue.
You sound like you have a bad seal on the the point cylinder.

Are ALL B tractors the same on the control valve? I was thinking that was only on the newer ones but maybe that is the inching valve that I am thinking of?

No all B's are not the same, only the older B's are like this.
