Any idea why the B6000 has a front PTO output but the B6000E doesn't?

Or why the B6000 has a shifter on the PTO and an extra gear, but the B6000E doesn't? What is the gear for?

I know you posted sometime ago but I have a B6000E. It has a front PTO via an electric clutch that runs the Woods Belly Mower. I think it came as part of the mower kit however Kubota did make one but they bought in the electric clutch. The rear PTO has a three speed selector for it and I have fitted a reverse box so I can use equipment.
