It does have another piece attached from the back of the tractor and I front of the tiller, Coach mine looks like your picture.

The reverse of the tiller is done in the gearboxx of the tiller.

I DOES NOT have a reverser mounted on it.

Now as far as attaching an other implements onto it you're going to need to get the three point arms for it, it has nothing of the three point on it right now.

This model has the three point arms and mounts added to it, and yes it has the reverser added too.
