I'm posting these pictures in hopes that I can get some assistance in figuring out what is needed to convert the existing 2 point setup to a proper 3 point. For now all I need to do is attach a small (4') blade to move some snow, but I hope to convert a 42" snowblower off of a garden tractor to use behind the B5000. Any pictures showing the back end of a B5000 with a 3 point would be appreciated.

You are looking for something like this:

yenibiz

It is a 3ph (3 point hitch). I have also bought one for my B1-15. But I don't know if the B5000 has the holes below the PTO at the gear box to get the 3ph fixed. So maybe you need something like the plates shown in the ad.

Good luck

The back end of my 7001 looks the same as yours. I ordered the 3-point conversion from Service Dept Vic. That works very well, and I didn't have to remove the rototiller brackets.
