Before you leave, send an email confirming all the details including something that if tractor is NOT ready for pickup at end of the day, the dealer WILL ship back to you at his expense.
That is not unreasonable and a good businessman will honour the 'deal'.

Good luck. I know it is frustrating when you have spent the money and then don't feel like you are getting the service that you need.

The dealer came through for me this time. I had to take it to their emissions expert and he found that my fuel filter was pretty clogged. It could not complete a regeneration with the restricted flow. Could not get up to temp. I will definitely be more systematic about replacing that filter! They turned it around in a day and I was able to take it home, almost 200 mile round trip.
