Well it was a sad day yesterday,I sold my L3800. I gotta tell ya when it was driving away on that flat bed a tear came to my eye. I decided to make a change because of the lenght of my driveway (1.5km) and backing up that distance for the last 2 years was starting to get to me. I went out yesterday and ordered a B3200 with snowblower in the front and a 48" bush hog. I'm just hoping it do as well as the 3800. Should be here in 2 or 3 weeks...gonna be a long wait

Well this is an oddball first. Not every day you hear of someone downsizing a tractor to something smaller. But often times bigger isn't always better. Good luck on the newby hope it works for ya.

Thanks Eric. If I could have put the snowblower on the front of my 3800 I never would have downsized

Id hate like hell to be the fella to rain on your parade but they now sell snow blowers that can mount on a 3pt and face forwards....

It's a done deal now, no since looking back. I'm sure the B3200 will be more than enough to handle what I have to do. I just can't wait to get it...another 2 or 3 weeks and I'm not a very patient guy.

I think you will regret it at first, and then grow to appreciate it. That's an honest assessment, looking at it as if it were me. I know that I would miss the bigger tractor, larger tires, more power (nothing robs power like a snow blower), and more capabilities. That being said, it would take effort for me to grow to like the B3200, and after that, I'd be fine. But, it would be important to be decisive and honest with myself.

I'll let you know one way or the other after I get it. For most of my snow removal I have a Can Am side by side however when it gets heavy the tractor comes out. Don't worry, if it doesn't measure up I'll be the first to admit it. Really doesn't matter, we're not gonna get any snow this year anyway LOL

bearbait, you're going to like the B3200/front blower combo for sure.

I blew snow in Haines, AK for 255 hrs. over a 3 year period on my B2410 and never needed more power, or at least I thought.

I ran the 60" blower on the front and a 6' blade on the back, the comfort of sitting forward is awesome and one thing besides the belly mower I'll dearly miss when the L3800 gets here Wed. afternoon.

So far so good with the B3200. I did a lot of road work lately and it doesn't seem to be lacking for power at all. I really haven't noticed any problem with vibration like soom have mentioned although so far I'm keeping the RPM's just under 2K. I really like the R1 tires compared to the R4's I had on the L3800. So far I'm very happy with it however no snow yet and that will be the big test.

new tractor owner here, just bought a B3200 in Sept. for the same reason as you, wanted that front pto drive for a front mount snow blower, not going look over my shoulder blowing snow, and not to sure about the rear mount facing forward snow blower. So the B3200 was good size and in my budget. AS for the vibration, did not notice any till I read about it. And I must been running at 2000rpm or less, crank up that rpm, and o yes I feel vibration in floor deck and the steering wheel. Tack at 540rpm mark for PTO thank God no vibration, so I am thinking its not the end of the world the vibration. Curious your experience so far , and opinion about the vibration

First off, congrats on the new tractor. So far I'm very happy with this little tractor and as some might say it's not the size of your tractor, well you know. This winter has really put it to the test and it has met the challenge. The only problem I've had is the front tires not gripping well enough on off camber parts of my road, the front blower wanting to pull too far left or right which I hope to cure with either tire studs or chains. For my purpose this tractor has been great and as much as I liked the L3800 the B3200 has made life a lot easier.

Glad the B3200 is working for you! Interesting comment about going to R1 tires. I just replaced the R4s on my L3200DT with 12.4X24 & 8X16 R1 tires and am loving it. If you pick up the snow blower just a little doesn't it put the weight on the front tires & help with the steering?
