b3200 hsd tachometer/hour cable

So I'm not sure but the gauge for the rpm is not moving so I would belive I probably need a new tachometer/hour cable.
Under What category would I find a part listing is it engine - transmission or??? I will admitt I am old and my eyes are not the greatest but boy I'm not seeing something like that listed anywhere, unless it is called something else.
