B3000 just died for no apparent reason

I had the same problem on my B3350SU. I finally found the safety switch for the forward and reverse peddle lessened up and would not let the tractor to start.

Time to order a new switch.

It will very likely fail again just when you do not want it to. Of course, in an emergency you could eliminate the switch, but that may not be the greatest idea...
Yes, $44 and a bunch of time under the tractor and all is good again. That electrical plug was impossible to disconnect until I heated it with a hairdryer, then it came apart easily.

I have a b3030 that abruptly died on me last week when I put the seat forward. Hasn’t cranked over since. Pulled the pto switch, bench test checked out. Replaced both seat switches. Checked the saftey switch on the trans the best I could, no obvious issues. Now I’m at a loss. The funny thing is it will blow a fuse every time I put the seat forward and have the key on. But I still can’t even get it to crank. Please help 😵💫
