Found the problem! I had removed the PTO safety switch and it tested fine on my bench and it was working fine, so I re-installed it. When I did the top portion became loose from the bottom and became intermittent. I Jumped it out and the tractor starts like new. New PTO neutral Safety switch on order.Thanks for all the help
