B2650 with BH77 seat swapout

Wondering if anyone else has changed the swivel seat to a fold down seat with arm rests.
I find I move the tractor around a lot when using backhoe, some times I do not Swivel the seat I just sit on the back of it to operate the backhoe. Would be better if I could leave seat facing forward and fold seat back and sit on that. Much cheaper than getting the frame extension and seat kit which runs about $1k will only change seat and leave swivel bracket in case I wish to use it.

Sorry if this is a dumb question, but you mean changing your tractors seat right? Not the 77's

There is only one seat on the B2650.
It is the tractor seat, and it swivels for BH use.

I'm pretty sure that someone on here did that recently. They added the second seat without the frame extension. It works but is pretty tight without the additional 12" extension brackets. Hopefully that individual will respond to your post.

Not if you have a cabbed B2650, then you have no choice, you get one seat for the b77 and one inside the cab with no way to operate the b77 from inside the cab

Yeah no cab here what I wanted to do was use one seat but sometimes when using backhoe just fold seat back down and sit on it without have to spin it around
Did not want to add second seat either
Having hard time finding folding seat that will fit swivel frame

Well found a working solution, swapped out seat for a forklift seat that folds. So now when I use backhoe just flip seat down and and sit on back of it. Run backhoe and when I have to move tractor flip it up and go….as all solutions it has its drawback, in both positions it is not quite as comfortable but seems good for now…..am keeping old seat if I ever wish to switch back.
