Oh, Messicks; I have one not too far from me. I've used their site for parts before. I was worried you had found some official Kubota page that I had not yet stumbled upon.

There is an official Kubota website as well. You can look up parts diagrams for tractor models, loader models, mowers, snowblowers, etc., etc.:

Kubota Tractor Corporation - Illustrated Parts List (kubotausa.com)

I would also strongly recommend you get workshop manuals (WSM) for both the tractor and mower. There are free resources, but if not available there, just buy them OEM.

It sounds exactly like the same problem I was having (mine wouldn't even start going up until I hit 6 or 7). I think you'll find this does the trick. Although it's counter intuitive, you increase the range of the PTO by lengthening the rod, not shortening it. Once I did that it now moves as it should. Good luck.

I've had the WSM for my B2650 for a while now. I think I got it off the ManualsLib site... I couldn't find a WSM for my mower deck (RCK60-30BA) so I'll keep hunting for one online somewhere.
