B2601 seat repair

I need options for glueing leather back to plastic seat shell.
It takes some effort to pull them back together.
Thinking I can make a clamp using ROPS. What type of glue could hold it in place and be weathertight.

I use super glue and fast set spray. Then cover with black liquid tape
