B2601 PTO and PTO Position lever not moving

Looking for some advice. My PTO Position lever and PTO engagement lever are stuck. Tractor was running and I decided to check the PTO, cause I have not ran it in awhile. Worked fine the first try and then I tried it a second time and the lever is stuck. Now the tractor won't start. I've removed the seat to check the linkage and I've sprayed lubricant on the linkage. Thoughts??

a Kubota B2601 tractor will not start if the PTO (Power Take-Off) lever is in the engaged position. Safety thing. You’ll have to get that lever to move to disingage the PTO. Hopefully one of the other people will have more advice

Yes, correct. So, the lever is stuck about a quarter of the way.
