B2410 HSD peddle stiff and won't center to neutral

Guys... My trusty B2410 HSD currently has over time become stiff and sluggish. It does not center in neutral for crap... Any thoughts BEFORE I get up close and personal with it? My tractor has almost (drum roll please) 2000 hours! Looking forward to your all's two cents! Butch

1. Grease all the linkage. Is there a little flap on the floor next to the pedal? If so there is a grease zerk under it.
2. Crawl underneath and make sure all the linkage is secure and no nuts have come loose and grease everything that moves.
3. If that doesn't fix it its over my head.
4. Lots of guys on this forum will chime in to help!

Thanks... I will give that a shot the first rainy day we get. I am chasing honey do's while hanging on to the few pretty days we have left...

Try using penetration oil on pivot points first. Grease will get thick and hard in time. I had one do this and after cleaning all old grease out and using a light weight grease. It worked fine
