I've blown the radiator fins, flushed and filled the coolant, changed the radiator cap, thermostat and water pump. Also did an oil change. Still overheating.
Before I change the radiator, what else should I check?
These very rarely overheat because of the radiator.
Pull the radiator cap, fill it to the top run it and look for bubbles.
If you have bubbles you have a blown head gasket or a cracked head.
If it's been overheated before, plan on a cracked head.
What Wolf said and I might add that a cracked head/blown gasket can lead to more serious damage if it's continued in use.
Before you tear it down or take to dealer, what ,makes you think it is overheating? If you are going by gauge reading and have no coolant lose you might add a quality gauge to get a second opinion.
Are you sure you installed the T/stat the correct direction?
They do make a chemical that detects carbon monoxide in the cooling system, tester

My first clue was coolant steaming out of the overfill tube and the hissing noises. The belt had frayed and wasn't spinning anything so that caused the initial overheating. Probably cracked the head or gasket so I'll tear that apart and take a look. I'm not great at diagnosis but can replace parts thanks to YouTube.
