I thought there was some valve or screw used to bleed the air from the fuel system after fuel filter cleaning/change ? From the shop manual this is all that's mention.

Bleeding procedure is as follows:
1. Fill the fuel tank with fuel.
2. Start the engine and run for about 30 seconds, and
then stop the engine.

More then likely it has an electric fuel pump. If that's the case, you just turn the key on. Wait around thirty seconds. Then start the tractor :D Fuel pump will bleed air out of fuel system.

Daren has the right answer ......

and

are you sure the manual does not say this:

Turn the key switch to "ON" position for about 30
seconds. Doing so allows fuel pump to work and pump
air out of the fuel system.
3. Start the engine and run for about 30 seconds, and
then stop the engine.

What the manual states is correct, the filter head has a return line coming out the top and going straight to the tank that bleeds it.
B series tractors do not have electric fuel pumps.
