My little B6000 loader has been working great, but in spite of being properly filled (4 inches below breather with rams fully retracted according to manual) the FEL will blow fluid out the breather when hot which is irritating(kinda burps out fluid randomly. I am using a Universal hydraulic fluid and was thinking perhaps the lower quality fluids cannot handle heat so well and expand rapidly? The other issue is the low pressure return hose fitting is on the front of the reservoir tower leaving almost no room for tight turns so I get rubbing from the front tire on this fitting - I saw a pic of a B219 with the fitting on the opposite side of the reservoir/tower which made a lot more sense

My low pressure return is on the rear of the tank, but the high & low pressure hoses are strapped to the angled front support until they are back near the tank, keeping them away from the tire.
I am using NAPA's universal hydraulic fluid with no problems at all.
The only time it has ever "burped" fluid is when my neighbor wanted to try mine (and have me try his B2150) is when he was ramming it aggressively into a pile of dirt. (pushing the curl cylinders back, forcing fluid back into the tank)
We traded back immediately.

P.S. It is really hot here.

Are you pushing oil out of the Breather when you were lowering the loader? If so try running the engine at a little higher RPMs when you're lowering the loader. The problem is your returning oil to the reservoir faster than you are pumping it out. This is a problem with this loader as it has an extremely small Reservoir.

One other possible issue is you have a suction line leak and it's sucking in air and foaming the fluid.
And cheap fluids foam easier then better quality fluids.

Thanks all, I believe I figured out the problem - so my my front tire when turned at a sharp angle will start to push off the low pressure line and create a leak which then sucks air. I did push hard into a plle of 3/4 quarter minus rock which put too much force on curling rams (create the burps) I think I am going to have the low pressure fitting cut off and moved to the opposite of the reservoir to avoid the front wheel contact and the fitting for the hose to the loading valves moved to that side - why my fitting is on the front towards the wheel I shall never know-thanks for the help!
