My problem with my B21 is that the loader goes up slowly and then kicks into the regular speed... Anyone have that problem and if so how did you fix it???

A video with audio would be good to help diagnose.
Does this happen every time, or only first time?
Have you noticed any stiffness or play in the control lever? Does it feel like it is going full travel each time you use it.
Have you checked the hydraulic fluid level?
When did you last change the hydraulic filters and oil?
Check the clamps on the rubber suction hose at the inlet to the pump.

It's intermittent... It goes up fine then it doesn't... sometimes it goes slow and then kicks into fast in the middle of the travel... I had it to a dealer and they couldn't fine out what was wrong... Said the pump was good and they valve was dissembled and seemed good... All other functions on the loader work fine...

Check your quick disconnects for lodged debris...those ports are small. If you find stuff then...well... you have another issue.

Move the 3ph lever to fully "down" position. Also make sure that the backhoe is quick couplers are clean and seated fully. Make sure the backhoe/3ph lever(s) are in the correct position, I like to move them in/out a few times ending in the desired position.

Also make sure your loader valve linkage isn't sticking.

Does float position work ok?
