Hello,
I've done a bunch or reading and I believe there must be an internal problem with my 3 point hitch. Just is case I missed something dumb here is what is going on...
Front end loader and steering are working fine.
Fluid is full and has been changed
Have about 900 hours on the clock
draft control rod is in place and not bent etc.

3 point hitch won't lift anything. It was working fine a week ago but now wont lift my rear mounted snowblower. Problem just poped up. It was not a "slow death".

Was hoping there is some magic fix without hauling to the dealer.

Thanks in advance for any help,

Jon

Welcome to the forum from Northwest Alabama. Since I have not experienced what you are describing, I can't help you but I am sure someone will. It just might take a couple of days though.

We could start with the easyiest, what about the valve under the seat, turned on direction it locks the three point.

If there a valve that you move when you disconnected the Backhoe or did you're model not come with one?

Just for info sakes, you have 2 pumps, one that powers the Loader and the PS and the other that runs the Three point and the charge pressure for the HST, so it's possible for the loader and PS to work fine and the second pump to be out.
How does it move?
If it's moving fine then the pump should be working, and the problem is in the valve or something back there.

She drives fine and it does have a backhoe. There is no valve\lever to switch after disconnecting the hoe. Just hook the 2 quick connect hoses together after unplugging them from the hoe.

I will check the valve under the seat though. I haven't been messing with it but there is no telling what a 5 year playing the barn could do when I'm not looking.:)

Update: 3 point is working again. I played around with the knob under the seat. It was not closed all the way. It was about in the middle and screwing it in or out made no diff. What I did then was unhook the blower to see if I could move the arms freely up and down. After moving them up and down by hand a couple times it started working again. Not sure if there was some junk stuck in the valve or piston???

Anyway thanks for the suggestion to check knob. It got me out there looking at it.
