B1700 hard to steer and no lift on deck

i have a b1700 Kubota , that once it gets warmed up , it gets hard to steer and the belly deck will not rise up , and I can hear a wining sound like from the pump maybe, any ideas the hydraulic fluid is at the correct level , any help would be appreciated ,,thank you in advance

Sounds like you have an issue with it sucking air, look for a seeping leak on the suction side of the system.

When was the last time you cleaned or replaced the suction screen filter?

Is it a E, D or and HST?

checked for leaks on the suction side and found none , and the screen is good and clean aswell
