Yesterday I was plowing snow forward then backed up about 50 feet and went to go forward and the speed control pedal fell all the way forward. Was getting dark and took a quick look to see what I could, but nothing jumped out at me.
I even retraced the last 50 feet to see if anything fell off, nothing found.
I have an operators manual and a parts manual the attached pictures show what I could see in Green the red rods I have no idea what should be here as nothing was attached to the plate but the damper rod. Any help greatly appreciated.

HI Sandfox sorry I can't help you on your issue, but I did have a question for you.
Recently I purchased a B1550d... and had an opportunity to buy a b1550hst for parts (hst not working).....so far all I've used is the shaft for the midmount mower, the rops and the rear lights.
I live in Ontario and if you ever need parts let me know
Thanks

Similar thing happened to me a month ago. The cotter pin(200) fell out of the end of the Rod Speed Change (180). Gives you a sickening feeling to have that pedal flop around. But it was an easy fix.
