“That little blue bowl on the counter is where my dad puts the turkey giblets after they boil in the little saucepan.
He makes stock for dressing this way. Sometimes I get the heart, gizzard and liver from the little blue bowl.
Sometimes dad says the turkey was heartless....I think he lies or ate it.
I used to have competition for giblets when my younger people lived here. Who knew young people like that stuff?!?!
Now it’s just me to get that stuff....mmmm...
